These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LeadForge AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Using LeadForge AI
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and keeping credentials secure.
- You agree to use the platform only for lawful B2B outreach and in compliance with anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and similar regulations where applicable).
- You will not upload unlawful content, scrape data in violation of third-party terms, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.
Third-party data and APIs
Lead search and enrichment features may rely on external providers such as Apollo, Enrich, Hunter, or Google Search APIs. Your use of those features is also subject to the respective provider terms. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party data.
Intellectual property
LeadForge AI, including its software, branding, and documentation, remains our property. You retain ownership of the lead lists, copy, and content you create in your workspace.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outreach results, reply rates, or email deliverability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadForge AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
